The Honor of King Donald

Donald Trump has always fancied himself a King, the aristocrat in the penthouse. Powerful people let him think that so he would feel all warm and fuzzy in the cold canyon of his own mind and prove to them he had real purpose.

Smiling at him and congratulating him on his exploits is the route to his heart and the way to pull the wool over his eyes. Flattery blinds him and makes him the useful idiot

His finances are more luck than skill, more manipulation of his ego by wizards far more adept than he. He is the loss leader in which savvy people invest in order to get returns in the multiple 100 presents range.

One can buy an entire floor in his gilded tower expecting a 20 to 50-fold favor in return (at a date to be determined.)

While he is undoubtedly a good showman, he could never have reached the Oval Office without massive supports from nefarious and undisclosed parties.

His sudden rise to Republican prominence put him in the position of owing hundreds of millions of dollars to literally everyone except the American voters. Loan sharks extraordinaire came to him in his distressed condition and made him whole while mainstream banks would no longer touch him. Now they demand repayment. Not repayment with money they know he doesn’t have but with the quid pro quo only a high ranking elected person can provide.

These creditors recognize they have only four years to get what they want out of him since a second four-year period is far from certain. They also recognize the next President will undoubtedly be a Democrat and not a Pawn so easily swayed by indebtedness and flattery.
